Returns Policy

Flowers or plants are perishable goods and they can’t be returned. You are advised to make complaint within 1 working day of the delivery date of your product if  it did not make the criteria.

A refund between 10%-50% may be applicable if the customer proofs us a picture of the goods within same working day that it didn’t meet the criteria and email us at info@jasminbloom.com

 

Cancellations must be made with a minimum of 72h in advance for orders under £100.00 and within a week in advance for orders over £100.00.

 

All products require care, attention, and fresh water for all cut flowers.

 

We guarantee seven days of freshness for your flowers, plants or associated items from the date of delivery. If any flowers arrive damaged, die or wilt, you should take a digital photograph of them and send it to us at info@jasminbloom.com or WhatsApp on 02087977353 as soon as you receive.

Any Wedding booking fee or deposit for goods ordered will NOT be refunded.
